Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another client. As such, please review our cancellation policy which is as follows: Clients who cancel 48 hours or more before their appointment will not be charged. Clients will be charged 50% for appointments cancelled with 24 hours notice. For no shows or cancellations the day of the appointment, patients will be charged 100%.
